Sean Brown, in his history, was a multi-unit Subway franchisee restaurant franchisee for over 25 years, a Development Broker for Cold Stone Creamery for a four-state area, and handled the Franchise Sales and Real Estate Development. All contributing to his passion for creating market development plans, handling site selection, and directing lease negotiations.

Bliss Realty & Investments is a full-service Commercial and Residential Real Estate brokerage with over 40 agents. George Bliss and Sean Brown handle the Commercial Real estate division representing Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, and Tenants.
