Overcome and Heal
Collaborative Connections E24
How does one find their voice, peace, and health after a traumatic event or past? The experts on Collaborative Connections E24 explain how.
Host, Kelly Lorenzen, was joined on-air by special guests Michelle Jones, President of Trauma Integration LLC, Tristine Bogle, Owner of Good Habits Nutrition, and Amanda Schneider, Executive Director of Amplify Voices.
These amazing women shared personal stories, expert opinions, tips, and resources that will help anyone who has struggled with nutrition, dieting, trauma, sex trafficking, and/or sexual assault. If you, or someone you know, has been through any of those things, this is a must-listen. Be prepared for chills and maybe even a few tears.
