Tamica Sears, The Corporate Fixer, has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in various industries and Fortune 500 companies. She has coached leaders, teams, and individual contributors. Her focus is on helping leaders gain a better understanding of who they are, their strengths, and development opportunities, so they can move forward with authenticity. A self-professed HR nerd, she loves working with leaders on projects like strategic planning, org restructuring, talent reviews, and succession planning.
